Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Each piece is individually carved. If upon completion our customer is not happy with an individual piece, they are not obligated to accept it. We will give a complete refund up to ten days after receipt of the item.

For large quantity orders, an engraved sample is provided for customer approval. Once the customer gives approval for the sample and the work begins, the customer is obligated to accept the order. If an item in the order does not meet the same standard as the sample then that item will be replaced.

To date we have not had an unsatisfied customer and we don't intend on changing. After all, custom is our middle name.
